Processing & Shipping Policy
SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIMES:
Remember, you're shopping handmade and sometimes items are made-to-order - it takes time. Please allow up to 7-12 business days for order processing before shipping.
Our business days are Tuesday - Friday not including weekends or holidays.
Processing times are based on the current order volume. You can find up to date processing times on the announcement bar at the top of the page.
Once your order has shipped, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be updated in the system.
Packages delivered by the USPS/UPS could potentially be delayed due to weather, staffing shortages etc. and please know these types of delays are out of our control. Once your package has been shipped, Melted Soapery LLC is no longer responsible. If you have any issues (i.e. lost or stolen packages) please contact USPS/UPS directly as they will be able to assist you further.
We promise, it'll be worth the wait!
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY:
Of course we ship international! You can check shipping cost by preparing a "fake order" and continue until you are able to enter your shipping information. The cost of shipping is determined by the package weight and shipping speed you choose.
Please remember that it is the customer's responsibility to pay all duties and taxes associated with the shipment, Melted Soapery LLC will not cover these. If you fail to pay these fees, your order will be shipped back and a 10% restocking fee plus shipping charges will be subtracted from your total refund.

How can I update, cancel or get a refund for my order?

Cancellation policy: Minimum 24-hour notice of cancellation is required after your purchase. No orders will be canceled/refunded after the 24-hour window has passed. Email us at email@example.com and be sure to include your order number and we will respond back within one business day.
Refund policy: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final for sanitary reasons.
My shipping address is incorrect. What do I do?
If your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible by sending an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or send us a PM on Facebook.
Due to the nature of some of our products, they have the chance of melting during transit during the hotter months! We understand it can get HOT, so during warmer seasons we ship with ice packs and insulated bubble packaging when needed.

Please do not leave product outside after it has been delivered for an extended amount of time and take care when storing your items after you receive them. If items have melted in transit you can simply put the melted product in the fridge or counter and let it solidify. We're not responsible for products melted during transit and no refunds or replacements will be given on melted products.
