How can I find out more information about a product?

Where are the products made?

All products are handmade from scratch in Texas, USA.

How long can you use the product after opening?

Our products have a 6-12 month expiration after opening.


What type of payment method do we accept?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Sezzle. Unfortunately, we do not accept Paypal.

How can I update or cancel my order?

My shipping address is incorrect. What do I do?

If your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible by sending an email at or send us a PM on Facebook.

Can I cancel my order or get a refund?

Cancellation policy: Minimum 24-hour notice of cancellation is required. Email is the best way to cancel an order. Be sure to include your order number and we will respond back within one business day. 

Refund policy: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email.

When will my order ship?

Remember, you're shopping handmade and sometimes items are made-to-order - it takes time. Orders are usually shipped within 24-48 hours however; sometimes it can take upwards of 7-10 business days depending on the current order volume/supply delays due to COVID19. Orders are always fulfilled in the order they are received.

Will my product look exactly like the picture?

You can expect slight variations and colors as each batch is slightly different due to the nature of our handmade products being made in small batches/made to order.

Do you ship worldwide?  How much will it cost?

Yup! We do ship worldwide!

I received my package, but they were broken and/or melted. Can I ship it back?

We package our items carefully, but sometimes due to carrier handling and delays; it may arrive damage/melted.

It's possible for some products to melt while in transit especially during summer months or in hot climates. Once your package is delivered, bring inside as soon as possible. In most cases, you can simply put the melted product in the fridge or counter and let it solidify. We're not responsible for products melted during transit but we will do our best to make it right!

If your order arrives damaged or melted, send us an email at with your order number and a photo of the broken/melted item/s. We will be happy to help.

Do you send samples?
