Please do not leave product outside after it has been delivered for an extended amount of time and take care when storing your items after you receive them. If items have melted in transit you can simply put the melted product in the fridge or counter and let it solidify. We're not responsible for products melted during transit and no refunds or replacements will be given on melted products.
If your order arrives damaged, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the broken/melted item/s. We will be happy to help.
Minimum 24-hour notice of cancellation is required after your purchase. No orders will be canceled/refunded after the 24-hour window has passed.
