REFUND POLICY:

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final for sanitary reasons.
 
Please note some of our products have the chance of melting during transit during the hotter months! We understand it can get HOT, so during warmer seasons we ship with ice packs and insulated bubble packaging when needed.

Please do not leave product outside after it has been delivered for an extended amount of time and take care when storing your items after you receive them. If items have melted in transit you can simply put the melted product in the fridge or counter and let it solidify. We're not responsible for products melted during transit and no refunds or replacements will be given on melted products.

If your order arrives damaged, send us an email at support@meltedsoapery.com with your order number and a photo of the broken/melted item/s. We will be happy to help.

CANCELLATION:

Minimum 24-hour notice of cancellation is required after your purchase. No orders will be canceled/refunded after the 24-hour window has passed.
